Job Requirements
• Attending calls from customer and providing on time support
• Providing support by either remote / onsite visit to customer place
• Troubleshooting of Pneumatic, Hydraulic and other mechanical system
• To plan, schedule and execute planned maintenance activities of customer machines.
• Prepare and share RCA report and Lesson learnt documents with respect Breakdown and Service support.
• Involvement for the supplier interaction to get the support for Materials status & rework.
• Onsite mechanical installation and modification activities
• New modification activity onsite understanding coordination with design team
• Machine Assembly and Automation Field
• Assembly & Troubleshooting for SPM
• Knowledge about Machining / Manufacturing Process
• Knowledge about Hydraulics & Pneumatics
• Knowledge on materials, manufacturing process and heat treatment etc.
