Role Overview
Lead implementation, configuration, and optimization of Tealium i Q, Audience Stream, and Event Stream to enable accurate web analytics and activation across digital platforms. Ensure seamless integration with analytics tools like Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and configure Tealium i Q TMS: tags, load rules, events, and extensions for web and mobile platforms
- Manage Audience Stream and Tealium Event Stream—design event specifications, data mappings, and activation setups
- Integrate and validate analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Campaign), setting up media pixel tags for paid campaigns
- Strategize and implement universal data layer to standardize tracking across channels
- Develop custom Java Script solutions within Tealium for advanced data collection and tag management
- Use SQL and APIs for data validation and manipulation as needed
- Conduct QA through staging and production testing to ensure accurate data capture
- Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and development teams to translate business tracking requirements into technical designs
- Document tag governance standards, solution architectures, and implementation best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5–12 years in web analytics and tag management, with strong hands-on experience in Tealium i Q, Audience Stream, and Event Stream
- Proven track record integrating Tealium with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and digital marketing tags
- Advanced skills in Java Script, j Query, and working with CSS/HTML
- Experience with SQL, REST APIs, and troubleshooting data pipelines
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications: Tealium, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics
- Experience with Adobe Campaign, media pixel ecosystem, and marketing automation
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and digital analytics frameworks
- Past engagement with GTM, Adobe Launch, or similar TMS tools
