Responsibilities
- Manage travel bookings, including visa preparation, adhering to policies and guidelines
- Manage travel request and expense reports coordination and submissions
- Calendar management and schedule calls/ meetings in various geographies and time zones.
- Assist with meetings and technology set‑up details.
- Assist with stationery and pantry inventory.
- Raising purchasing orders as and when required.
- Resolve routine day‑to‑day requests from internal departments.
- Manage complex calendars and global scheduling for both internal and customer events
- Coordinate the onboarding and off‑boarding processes of new sales hires in collaboration with the hiring manager
- Perform other administrative duties and ad‑hoc duties as needed
