- Preparation of submissions and tender responses in a timely and efficient manner, focusing on quality outcomes.
- Maintenance of Director’s calendar/diary.
- Maintenance of office files and project files.
- Banking duties and petty cash reconciliation.
- Booking couriers, banking, arranging catering for morning teas/staff drinks.
- Processing invoicing on a monthly basis.
- Arranging ad hoc travel arrangements.
- Creation of new jobs/projects/submissions in the Financial Management System with relevant follow through to all relevant units and parties.
- Other general administration duties such as booking meeting rooms and completing work allocation programs.
- SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.
