  • Preparation of submissions and tender responses in a timely and efficient manner, focusing on quality outcomes.
  • Maintenance of Director’s calendar/diary.
  • Maintenance of office files and project files.
  • Banking duties and petty cash reconciliation.
  • Booking couriers, banking, arranging catering for morning teas/staff drinks.
  • Processing invoicing on a monthly basis.
  • Arranging ad hoc travel arrangements.
  • Creation of new jobs/projects/submissions in the Financial Management System with relevant follow through to all relevant units and parties.
  • Other general administration duties such as booking meeting rooms and completing work allocation programs.
  • SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.
