We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Team Assistant to keep our brand team running seamlessly and provide dedicated support to the Brand Lead. In this dynamic, dual-role position, you will juggle multiple priorities with confidence, demonstrate impeccable discretion, and thrive in a collaborative environment. Your work will span coordination, scheduling, reporting, project tracking, and contributing to marketing initiatives, including content management and event planning - to help bring our brand efforts to life. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Offering confidential executive coordination for the Vice President, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.

  • Arranging, planning, and coordinating all aspects of logistical support for local and overseas company meetings/events.
