  • You manage international communication with internal and external stakeholders and ensure a smooth and reliable flow of information.

  • You coordinate and organise business travel – from scheduling appointments to booking travel, preparing visa documents and handling travel expense claims.

  • You plan client visits at our Hannover office.

  • You support the onboarding process for new colleagues and coordinate internal and external visitors during their stay.
