" Provide day-to-day support for Teamcenter PLM and CATIA V5 users in an ODC environment.
" Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Teamcenter-CATIA integration, data migration, and user access.
" Assist design teams with CAD data management, version control, and release processes.
" Coordinate with onsite teams to ensure smooth collaboration and data exchange.
" Maintain and update Teamcenter configurations, workflows, and templates as per project needs.
" Support onboarding and training of new users on PLM and CAD tools.
" Document support activities, issue resolutions, and process improvements.
