What are you going to do?


In the role of team coordinator, you provide guidance to colleagues in your team and you are responsible for production and the machinery. You are responsible, among other things, for work planning, absenteeism and the introduction of new employees. You also advise the Management Team on new production methods and developments. Some responsibilities that come with this are:
  • Ensuring a good and efficient introduction and guidance of new employees
  • Coordinating various activities at different workshops, where various processes take place
  • Monitoring compliance with occupational health and safety, quality and safety guidelines, as well as the (house) rules in the workshops
  • Ensuring clean and tidy workplaces
  • Streamlining the production process and ensuring that it runs as efficiently as possible
