Team Enablement Manager

At Boutiqaat, technology powers one of the largest e-commerce platforms in the region. We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support high-performing Agile teams, ensuring delivery remains predictable, collaborative, and customer-focused.

This role is ideal for a Scrum Master who goes beyond ceremonies, actively coaching teams, removing impediments, and driving continuous improvement across distributed, cross-functional environments.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Agile Facilitation & Team Enablement

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Coach and mentor development teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile and Scrum principles.
• Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Cross-Team Collaboration

• Enable effective coordination across multiple teams, managing dependencies and delivery alignment.
• Act as a servant leader, promoting transparency and collaboration across functions.

Impediment Removal & Delivery Health

• Proactively identify, track, and remove impediments impacting team delivery.
• Escalate risks and issues when required while empowering teams to self-organize.

Backlog & Metrics Management

• Partner closely with Product Owners to keep backlogs refined, prioritized, and ready with clear acceptance criteria.
• Track and analyze Agile metrics such as velocity, burn-down, cycle time, and quality to improve predictability and throughput.

Agile Maturity & Continuous Improvement

• Support the adoption and scaling of Agile practices across the organization.
• Contribute to improving delivery standards and Agile maturity across teams and domains.

What You Bring to the Table:

• 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments, preferably within product-based or e-commerce organizations.
• Hands-on experience working with distributed, cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum frameworks;
  experience with Kanban or scaled frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus) is a plus.
• Proven ability to facilitate workshops, resolve conflicts, and influence without authority.
• Practical experience using Jira and Confluence, including boards, workflows, and reporting.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Agile certifications such as CSM, PSM I/II, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent.
