• The Team Head will report to the Head of Production Point
• Requires good technical knowledge in Red Hat Linux and operational expertise in leading teams within technical environments
• Facilitates knowledge transfer from the customer to the company to ensure seamless integration and operational excellence
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing teams with over 12 members, preferably in a technical environment
• Proven expertise in people leadership, including talent development, employee growth, and conflict resolution
• Strong ability to inspire teams and drive them to deliver exceptional performance.
