We are hiring a Team Leader – Counselling for a reputed University/Education Institution . This role is ideal for candidates with strong leadership experience in education sales, student counselling, or EdTech environments.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of tele-counsellors (inbound & outbound)
  • Drive admissions targets and ensure revenue growth
  • Monitor call quality, conversions, and team performance
  • Manage attrition, shrinkage, and overall team productivity
  • Ensure a seamless counselling experience for students & parents
  • Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports and maintain process compliance
