Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Aviation Team Lead to spearhead the growth and delivery of our Aviation services from our Brisbane office. This leadership role is pivotal in driving project execution, securing new business, and fostering strong client relationships, with a primary focus on the Queensland market. The successful candidate will manage projects for a diverse client base, including international and regional commercial airports and the Australian and New Zealand Defence Forces’s (ADF/NZDF) portfolio of airfields. The role also involves key collaboration and support for our wider teams across Australia and New Zealand.
