Job Description

The Team Lead, Benefits Analytics is responsible for leading the analyst department supporting clients, developing sound underwriting strategies, policies, and procedures, and ensuring consistent and profitable risk selection across all lines of business. This individual will oversee a team of benefit analysts, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and support overall company growth by maintaining underwriting integrity and profitability.
