  • Perform insurance verification and eligibility checks for commercial and government payers.
  • Validate coverage details including deductibles, co-pay/coinsurance, network status, referrals, and prior authorization requirements.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of insurance information and verification results.
  • Monitor and manage team performance to meet quality and productivity standards.
  • Train and mentor team members on verification processes and payer requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve insurance coverage issues efficiently.
