Pay: $18.50/hour + uncapped commissions
We're hiring a high-energy Membership Sales Team Lead to drive membership growth, lead front desk operations, and build strong community connections. This role is ideal for a confident closer who thrives in a goal-driven environment.
Availability & Requirements (Must-Have)
  • Available 1 weekend day/ 3 week days hours*
  • No extended summer travel
  • Living on campus, or Vancouver resident with reliable transportation
  • Ties to the UBC community and asset
  • Previous sales experience
  • Valid First Aid certificate - mandatory
  • Fluent in English (additional languages an asset)
