Job Description
Overview:
1. Preparing MIS reports
2. Coordination with auditors on finalization of accounts
3. Tracking the performance of investments and analysis on new investments
4. Compliance on matters related to ROC, IT, GST, RBI and other statutory authorities wherever applicable
5. Coordination on the activities of merger, buyback, etc
Responsibilities:

Requirements:
CA/CMA INTER/FINAL / Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Administration or related field.
