Roles and Responsibilities

* Ensure accurate and timely checks and balances are in place for all collections processes with nil error rate.
* Ensure degree overview and controls on collection allocation/processes
* Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines
* Execute tasks (end-to-end) covering similar areas, which may be delegated
* Communicate proactive with stakeholders on all important matters
* Ensure there are no audit/compliance failures which are important functioning of the process
Will be required to actively engage with various parts of the Bank to achieve desired quality results.
