Team Lead, Contracts Management

Overview

AtkinsRéalis is in search of a Contract Team Lead to join a transformative transit infrastructure project in Toronto . The Contract Team Lead will be part of a high-performing project team that is dedicated to delivering this complex undertaking through collaboration and a best-for-project vision. The role will report to the Commercial Director.

Responsibilities

• Leadership & Oversight:
  • Lead and mentor Senior Contract Administrators and Contract Administrators.
  • Ensure compliance with Alliance Management Plans, Prime Contract, Subcontracts, and legal requirements.
• Commercial & Contract Management:
  • Manage upstream Adjustment Events: entitlement assessment, Prime Contract correspondence, and substantiation of schedule/cost impacts.
  • Negotiate Terms and Conditions and subcontract departures, secure approvals from Alliance and Commercial Directors.
