Overview

AtkinsRealis is in search of a Contract Team Lead to join a transformative transit infrastructure project in Toronto. The Contract Team Lead will be part of a high‑performing project team dedicated to delivering this complex undertaking through collaboration and a best‑for‑project vision.

Your role

• Leadership & Oversight:
  • Lead and mentor Senior Contract Administrators and Contract Administrators.
  • Ensure compliance with Alliance Management Plans, Prime Contract, Subcontracts, and legal requirements.
• Commercial & Contract Management:
  • Manage upstream Adjustment Events: entitlement assessment, Prime Contract correspondence, and substantiation of schedule/cost impacts.
  • Negotiate Terms and Conditions and subcontract departures, secure approvals from Alliance and Commercial Directors.
