You lead the transition from static reporting to predictive, data-driven decision-making and advanced analytics across the organization.

You design and implement a robust semantic data layer and KPI framework, establishing governance standards that ensure accurate, consistent, and compliant metrics.

You define and roll out (LLM-based) self-service analytics, enabling intuitive data access for non-technical users.
