About the Role:

We are seeking a Team Lead to join our Annotation's Leaderboard. You will be overseeing and managing the individuals working on Video Annotation. You will be taking charge of daily leadership and supporting a team of members.

You will aim to exceed our leadership's performance and quality standards rather than just meeting expectations. Your role is multifaceted, encompassing team leadership, project management, quality assurance, and continuous process improvement. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the assigned POD, ensuring the delivery of accurate and consistent annotations within SLA while fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.

It will be your responsibility to keep an eye on the daily operational metrics. Your skillful performance at managing tasks ranges from weekly meetings to one-on-one meetings with the members.
