About Our Team
The Customer Data Operations (C-DOT) team is part of the Customer Service and Order to Cash Enablement division. This team is responsible for providing efficient, timely, and accurate service to Elsevier stakeholders in validation, creation and maintenance of organization customer accounts.
About The Role
The role of the Team Lead Data OPS is to work as an integral leader of the Customer Service and Order to Cash department by providing outstanding customer experience to our internal and external customers.
