This role supports complex, high-impact initiatives that advance patient care, and operational excellence across the site. Working independently and collaboratively, the Lead anticipates needs, solves complex problems, and contributes to strategic and operational success.

Description:

Operationally leads Major Capital, Infrastructure Maintenance Program (IMP), and Site Specific Funding (SSF) in close partnership with Capital Management. Leads initiatives related to patient access, patient flow, accreditation, and balanced scorecard reporting.
