Team Lead Engineering

We are looking for a talented
Team Lead Engineering
to join our Product, Design, and Engineering organization and help shape the future of spend management.

As an Team Lead Engineering, you will be responsible for a team of 4 to 6 software engineers, collaborating closely with a Product Manager and Product Designer.

You will drive your team's objectives and ensure successful delivery against clear KPIs and defined SLOs. You will champion the growth and engagement of your team members, supporting their career development, performance management, and recognition through promotions and development plans.

While we don't expect Team Leads to be full-time hands-on coders, you will remain technically involved, contributing to software architecture, troubleshooting, code reviews, and supporting your team in non-critical technical initiatives.
