As Team Lead – Finance SSC, you’ll be at the forefront of a strategic transformation. You’ll build and lead our finance operations hub from the ground up, shaping processes, recruiting top talents, and delivering exceptional service to our global teams. Lead the setup of our Finance SSC that supports our operations in JAPAC and MEA from process design to service delivery and governance. Define the SSC’s operating model, performance metrics, and roadmap in alignment with SAP Fioneer’s global strategy.Drive the transition of key finance processes (P2P, O2C, R2R) into the SSC with precision and care, utilize AI Agents to build actionable use cases.Lead & Inspire-· Recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing team.· Create a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement. Be a mentor, coach, and role model for your team.
Implement standardized, scalable processes with strong controls and automation.Leverage SAP S/4HANA and other tools to drive digital finance transformation.· Monitor KPIs and SLAs to ensure top-tier service delivery and compliance.Collaborate Globally,Act as the key liaison between the SSC and global stakeholders.Build strong relationships across regions and functions.Communicate progress, challenges, and wins to senior leadership.
Requirements
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (Master preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in finance operations, shared services, or global process ownership.
- Proven success in setting up or scaling finance SSCs in a multinational environment.
- Deep knowledge of finance processes and compliance frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP systems.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in the software or financial services industry is a big plus.
