Job Description

The Team Leader, Fin Ops is responsible for managing and training the Disbursements team, maximizing individual strengths, and striving for excellence in customer service. Working closely with the Manager, Financial Operations, the Team Leader will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the Disbursements and Review departments, ensuring consignors are compensated in accordance with contractual obligations and that payments are executed promptly. The role includes oversight of Disbursements of auction proceeds for Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers Pty Ltd. and affiliates, ensuring compliance with liability recording and remittance controls, and reviewing key balance sheet accounts such as auction proceeds, holdbacks, inventory and advances. ...
