Accountabilities

Integrity and reliability of Rotary equipment at Site

Conduct Condition Monitoring at Site

Site Maintenance cost and budgeting

Standardize outsourcing logistics & technical validation system for vendor / contractor.

Responsible for Performance monitoring & benchmarking

Development of specific SMPs and best practices implementation

Maintain Statutory and regulatory compliance.

in RCM study at the respective sites

Provide Support to minor projects.

Oversee Turnaround / Shutdown services.

Root cause analysis and troubleshooting

Preservation system implementation

Review obsolescence and implement renewal plan at site.

Spares Management

Training and development of site Engineers

Knowledge management and Documentation management

Reviewing and Maintaining IMS documents

Releasing Service PRs & service entries.

Interaction with various support services Human Resource, Administration, Workshop, planning, security.

Interaction with vendor/equipment manufacturers.

Take ownership for HSE compliance (RESOP, DOSHE, CASHe, HSEF mandatory trainings)

Ensuring early completion of pending RCAs, liquidation of RCA recommendations and approval of MOCs & CAT actions.

Minimize production/ quality loss in event of unplanned failure.

Improvement in availability & safety of equipment

Improvement in manpower productivity of E&M

Reduction in Equipment maintenance costs

Implementation of corrective and preventive actions taken as per organization policy

Harmonization of standards for equipment from different vendors and product groups

Timely adherence to audit schedules

Ensure compliance of mandatory trainings.

Ensure Compliance of RCA /RCM.

Inventory control.
