- Leading and developing the reporting & controlling team to achieve high performance and engagement.
- Overseeing the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for the group, typically in accordance with IFRS or German GAAP (HGB)
- Calculation of group-wide provisions and IFRS specific adjustments
- Manage projects with Business Intelligence Finance to supervise incoming/outgoing financial data quality and identify opportunities for process improvements and automation in reporting and controlling activities
- Act as a key point of contact for senior management, business units, and external auditors regarding group reporting and controlling matters
- Have full overview and responsibility for the accuracy of group Profit & Loss statements by segment, ensuring data integrity and reliability & review and validate accounting entries to maintain high standards of data quality and complian...
