Roles & Responsibilities:

- Lead the sales team to achieve revenue and growth targets through strategic planning and execution.

- Drive end -to -end vendor negotiations to secure competitive pricing, favorable terms, and long -term partnerships.

- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure reliable supply and collaboration.

- Utilize persuasive communication and negotiation skills to onboard new vendors and enhance existing partnerships.
