Job Purpose
The Team Leader – Sales will be responsible for leading a team of sales executives to achieve business targets, drive revenue growth, ensure process adherence, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Should be able to create a good rapport with HNI and UHNI clients
Plan daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities and monitor individual performance
Drive lead allocation, follow-ups, and closures to improve conversion ratios
Coach and mentor team members through regular training, feedback, and performance reviews
Track sales MIS, productivity reports, and pipeline health
Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance norms, and sales processes
Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, CRM, Compliance) for smooth business execution
Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution...
