Team Lead Infra Core IT

As Team Lead you are responsible for the daily leadership of a Scrum or DevOps team of around eight people. You guide and motivate your team members and support them in developing their careers. Your creativity, technical expertise, and leadership skills are essential for building a high-performing team that delivers on its commitments.

Your daily work involves improving, maintaining, and resolving issues in our (partially) automated implementations and environments. You collaborate with passionate, talented, and dedicated colleagues in an inspiring environment where both your technical and theoretical skills are challenged every day.
