Lead and manage a team of associates to achieve key objectives:
Oversee the Recruiting, Expediting, Video Inspection, and Quality Control (QC) queues of the Inspection team, ensuring adherence to SLAs and quality standards.Track team performance metrics, using data-driven insights to improve operational efficiency, enhance inspection quality, and reduce turnaround times.Assign inspection tasks and prioritize work based on workload and deadlines.Collaborate with cross-functional teams across locations to resolve issues or challenges during the inspection process.Communicate effectively with internal and external clients to ensure smooth workflow in the inspection department.Serve as the subject matter expert and act as the communication link between staff members and customers as needed.Address and resolve inspection-related issues or escalations promptly.Monitor daily production reports to ensure the team meets both production and quality targets.Provide leadership and guidance to foster a positive and productive work environment.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, consistently meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results within set timeframes.Analyze datasets to extract meaningful insights and make informed decisions.Perform staffing data analysis to ensure adequate staffing levels to handle expected volumes.Take on additional duties as required.Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred.Minimum of 3 years of experience in team management within a related field.Strong managerial, organizational, and leadership skills.Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.Detail-oriented with a focus on compliance with SOPs.Open to continuous learning and professional development.
