As Team Lead – Logo Design & Animation , you’ll ensure that every logo and motion graphic we deliver meets our creative, quality, and delivery standards.
You’ll guide a team of designers and animators, review outputs, and manage workflow efficiency so every order is delivered on time and aligned with client expectations.
This is a hands-on leadership role that blends design understanding with process excellence, team development, and proactive communication.
What You’ll Do Manage daily ticket flow — assign orders, track SLAs, and handle escalations.
Review 100% of team outputs for quality, originality, and brand alignment.
Conduct training, refreshers, and 1:1 feedback sessions to build team capability.
Maintain team balance — plan leaves, monitor workloads, and ensure cohesion.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients.
Provide weekly updates to the Manager on production, quality, and team health.
Occasionally design or animate to support complex or priority projects.
Drive adherence to brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all deliverables.
Organized and disciplined in managing workflows, SLAs, and client expectations.
A clear communicator who keeps information flowing across teams.
A collaborative leader who builds trust, motivates talent, and resolves issues calmly.
Growth- and accountability-driven, with high personal and team standards.
Expert in Adobe Illustrator and After Effects .
A portfolio of 20 or more original logo and animation samples.
Proven experience reviewing or mentoring other designers.
Strong understanding of typography, color, and composition principles.
Familiarity with U.S.
design aesthetics and brand preferences.
Basic knowledge of tools like Lightroom or other image enhancement tools.
