This position will manage a team of maintenance technicians, prioritize tasks, and implement best practices to support operations at our Montreal Refinery. The role requires the ability to influence operations to ensure discipline and continuous improvement, in accordance with the maintenance management process. The position reports directly to the Maintenance Manager at the Montreal Refinery.

Minimum Requirements:

A college diploma and/or trade school diploma or equivalent experience with minimum 5 years in refining or related heavy industry.
