Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead SAP PM implementation and support projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
  • Manage and configure PM Master Data including Functional Locations, Equipment Master, BOMs, Task Lists, Measuring Points, Maintenance Plans, Catalogs & Code Groups, and Permits.
  • Design and optimize Plant Maintenance processes such as: Preventive Maintenance (Time & Performance-based) Breakdown and Corrective Maintenance Calibration, Refurbishment, and Condition-based Maintenance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration with MM, PP, and FICO modules.
  • Oversee RICEF (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms) development and testing.
  • Lead and participate in all phases of SAP implementation projects, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.
  • Drive data migration activities and ensure data integrity during transitions.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and team members.
  • Mandatory Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on SAP PM experience.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP PM Master Data and Maintenance Processes.
  • Proven experience in at least 1–2 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations.
  • Solid understanding of RICEF objects and data migration strategies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Preferred Skills:

  • In-depth understanding of Plant Management operations.
  • Integration experience with PM-MM, PM-QM, and PM-FICO.
  • Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working with US-based clients and familiarity with their business processes.
