Key Responsibilities:
Lead SAP PM implementation and support projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements. Manage and configure PM Master Data including Functional Locations, Equipment Master, BOMs, Task Lists, Measuring Points, Maintenance Plans, Catalogs & Code Groups, and Permits. Design and optimize Plant Maintenance processes such as: Preventive Maintenance (Time & Performance-based) Breakdown and Corrective Maintenance Calibration, Refurbishment, and Condition-based Maintenance Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration with MM, PP, and FICO modules. Oversee RICEF (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms) development and testing. Lead and participate in all phases of SAP implementation projects, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support. Drive data migration activities and ensure data integrity during transitions. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and team members. Mandatory Skills:
Minimum 5 years of hands-on SAP PM experience. Strong knowledge of SAP PM Master Data and Maintenance Processes. Proven experience in at least 1–2 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations. Solid understanding of RICEF objects and data migration strategies. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Skills:
In-depth understanding of Plant Management operations. Integration experience with PM-MM, PM-QM, and PM-FICO. Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams. Experience working with US-based clients and familiarity with their business processes.
