Team Lead for an application support team in charge of monitoring and troubleshooting high availability services in AWS.
Lead a team of around 10 people technically and mentoring them.
Be able to do engineering and support activities such as: Read logs, troubleshoot software issues, provide solutions, work with a team, able to cover different shifts according to team's needs, willing to eventually and often cover weekend.
