Team lead, mortgage data operations

Job Purpose
ICE is the leading cloud-based platform provider for the mortgage finance industry. ICE solutions enable lenders to originate more loans, reduce origination costs, and reduce the time to close, all while ensuring the highest levels of compliance, quality, and efficiency.
The Team Lead interfaces with the teams to understand the solution functionality and technical requirements. The Team Lead will perform exception reviews on documents at different times in the process of US mortgage.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 10-15 Data and Document associate.
- Oversee the activities of the team and optimize their performance on daily basis.
- Act as escalation point for the team to overcome any obstacles to service delivery.
- Team management, Performance Management and production management related processes.
- Mentor and assist team members in all aspects of their roles and job functions.
