Responsibilities Based on business requirements/quarter end/Month end need to work on weekends and extend working hours Should be able to run CI projects independently Manage day to day program activities & meet defined SLA’s Responsible for internal and external governances. Process compliances & audits. Manage escalations independently and do RCAs. Should manage the team with > 10 FTE Support transition; quality, risk, PPM activities. Educational Requirements BCom,MBA
