Experience : 4+Years(Min 2 years on paper experience as a Team Lead)
CTC : Upto 6.5 LPA
Job Type : Permanent
Job Location : Pune
Work Mode : Onsite
Shifts : US shift
Notice Period :Immediate
Week Offs : 5 Days working, 2Days off
Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate a team of agents handling US international voice and chat support
Monitor daily operations to ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and quality benchmarks
Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and feedback discussions
Handle escalated customer issues and provide timely resolution
Ensure compliance with process guidelines, security policies, and client requirements
Track attendance, schedule adherence, and productivity of team members
