We are seeking an experienced Team Lead to manage end-to-end recruitment delivery for the Infosys account. The role involves leading a team of recruiters, ensuring timely fulfillment of requirements, and working extensively on VMS platforms such as Beeline, AgileOne, and SAP Fieldglass.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Manage and lead a team of recruiters supporting the Infosys account




  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across IT and Non-IT roles




  • Ensure timely submission, interview coordination, and closure of positions




  • Work extensively on VMS platforms including Beeline, AgileOne, and SAP Fieldglass




  • Manage SLA, TAT, and submission quality as per client expectations




  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and client SPOCs for requirement clarity




  • Track recruiter performance, productivity, and compliance metrics




  • Conduct daily/weekly team reviews and pipeline discussions




  • Ensure adherence to client compliance, documentation, and onboarding processes




  • Drive continuous improvement in sourcing strategies and delivery efficiency




  • Handle escalations and provide resolution in a timely manner





Required Skills & Qualifications:




  • Proven experience managing recruitment teams for the Infosys account




  • Hands-on experience with VMS tools: Beeline, AgileOne, SAP Fieldglass




  • Strong leadership and team management skills




  • Excellent understanding of IT recruitment and staffing models




  • Experience in vendor management and client-facing roles




  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills




  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment





Preferred Qualifications:




  • Experience in IT services / staffing / consulting firms




  • Prior exposure to global hiring and niche skill recruitment




  • Strong knowledge of compliance and onboarding processes
