Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily team operations to ensure smooth workflow

  • Provide on-the-job training and mentorship to new team members

  • Manage escalated complex issues and resolve them efficiently, provide documentation, implementation, and case resolution in tracking list

  • Propose and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency

  • Provide and manage operational support across different functions as needed

  • Conduct verification and checks on operation work, including second-level verification, ensuring timely completion of tasks

  • Monitor shared mailboxes to ensure team responses meet client KPIs and deadlines

  • Prepare monthly KPI report and quarterly internal audit
