Job Responsibilities
Oversee daily team operations to ensure smooth workflow
Provide on-the-job training and mentorship to new team members
Manage escalated complex issues and resolve them efficiently, provide documentation, implementation, and case resolution in tracking list
Propose and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
Provide and manage operational support across different functions as needed
Conduct verification and checks on operation work, including second-level verification, ensuring timely completion of tasks
Monitor shared mailboxes to ensure team responses meet client KPIs and deadlines
Prepare monthly KPI report and quarterly internal audit
