Job Description

Mission: 

Order Processing Team Lead will assist the Order Processing Supervisor in maximizing the output and performance of the Order Processing Department. Order Processing Team Lead will help to direct the Order Processing work activities in a high-volume supply chain operation through effective leadership, clear communication, and motivation.

 
Key Outcomes (KPI’S):

Outcome: Oversee the coordination and processing of 1000+ orders per day

  • Plan and coordinate workday (regular orders, back orders, exports)
  • Monitor and measures order processing performance for accuracy and view metrics
  • Maintain personnel structure and staffing level to accomplish Programs’ missions, effectively and efficiently
  • Ensure orders ship on time every day using Open Order Report (OB9154)
