We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Team Leader to manage a team of promoters across multiple retail stores. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing a field team, and ensuring consistent performance and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of 15+ promoters across various retail outlets.
- Track daily sales performance and submit accurate reports using Excel.
- Motivate, train, and ensure high productivity of the sales promoters.
- Coordinate with backend teams for stock availability, product updates, and reporting.
- Implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Conduct regular market visits and audits to ensure brand visibility and adherence to guidelines.
