Team Lead - Primary Engineering

Due to an internal shift, we are looking for a Team Lead – Primary Engineer to join expanding our Transmission & Distribution team in Victoria. Report to the Primary Team Manager, this role will lead, coach and empower 5-6 engineers and technical officers alongside actively leading or supporting on energy projects.

How you’ll make a difference:

• Team Lead responsibility: provide day-to-day guidance to primary engineers, assist with task planning and workload coordination, and support the technical development of the team.
• Deliver concept and detailed design of HV primary systems and earthing systems for substation projects across transmission, distribution and renewables in Australia and New Zealand.
• Support project delivery through proposal development, design development, technical calculations, design reviews, site visits and inspections, and preparation of technical reports.
