Description

· Lead and coach a team of manufacturing engineers to support daily operations in programming, tooling, process routing, and secondary processes (honing, blasting, coating, and torque-up).

· Lead and guide the team in completing Lean Six Sigma (DMAIC) projects to improve manufacturing processes.

· Monitor production performance to ensure monthly efficiency targets and optimal utilization of machinists and machines are achieved.

· Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for any non-conforming jobs and resolve issues collaboratively as a team.

· Actively explore new manufacturing approaches, tooling, and technologies to enhance organizational capabilities; lead and manage CAPEX (Capital Expenditure) initiatives for required equipment purchases.
