YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
The What: As a Team Lead Engineering at Blackwave, you’ll lead the technical development of next-generation composite systems alongside a small team of engineers. Your leadership will ensure that our advanced composite structures are not only technically outstanding but also reliable and built to perform in the toughest aerospace environments.
The Why: At Blackwave, we’re on a mission to redefine what’s possible in lightweight structures for space and aerospace applications. Our goal is to make composite pressure vessels and structures fail-safe, efficient, and scalable for the next generation of flight systems.
Your Mission
- Lead the development of our COPVs: Drive projects that push composite and metal materials to their limits from prototype tanks through to their serial production.
