Roles and Responsbilties:


  • Lead, manage, and motivate a field sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
  • Mandatory hands-on experience in handling field sales teams
  • Plan and execute field sales strategies to improve productivity and conversions
  • Conduct regular field visits with team members for coaching and performance improvement
  • Monitor team attendance, productivity, and daily activity tracking
  • Ensure achievement of revenue targets and business growth
  • Train and onboard new sales executives
  • Maintain MIS, reports, and performance dashboards
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes


Mandatory Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in field sales and Telesales(Team Handling)
  • Must have field team handling experience (mandatory)
  • Strong exposure to on-ground sales operations
  • Comfortable working 6 days a week with rotational shifts
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and people management skills
  • Target-oriented and result-driven mindset
