As the Team Lead, Quality Specialist , you will reinforce quality standards across Lightspeed’s Information Systems and Quality Assurance departments. You’’ be responsible for leading a dedicated team of quality specialists, cultivating an inclusive environment that inspires your team to do their best work. Working alongside product managers, developers, and architects, you will ensure a quality evolution of our internal tools, supporting evolving business processes.
What you’ll be doing:
- Team Leadership: Provide day-to-day leadership, guidance, and motivation to a team of Quality Specialists, ensuring work is effectively planned, prioritized, and delivered on time. You’ll track workloads, remove blockers, and maintain a high bar for quality and accountability.
