Role Summary:

We are hiring an experienced Team Lead – RCM AR Operations to manage US Healthcare Accounts Receivable teams. The role requires hands-on leadership experience in AR operations with strong people management and delivery ownership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of AR callers for US Healthcare provider-side accounts

• Drive daily productivity, quality, and SLA adherence

• Oversee AR follow-ups, denial management, and aging control

• Conduct team huddles, coaching sessions, and performance reviews

• Handle client escalations, reporting, and internal coordination

• Ensure process compliance and continuous process improvement

Eligibility Criteria (Mandatory):

• Minimum 1 year of on-paper experience as Team Lead in RCM AR

OR

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as Associate Team Lead / Process Coach in RCM AR

• Strong hands-on experience in US Healthcare Accounts Receivable operations

• Proven people management and team handling experience

• SME, Quality Analyst (QA), Trainer, or Individual Contributor profiles are NOT eligible

• Only candidates with direct team leadership responsibility in AR operations should apply

• Pune candidates or those willing to relocate to Pune
