Shift Timing: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST

Shift: US

Location: Vadodara, Gujrat

Experience: 6 Year to 8 Years

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Must have relevant experience in US recruitment for at least 1-2 years.
  • Must have experience managing recruiter from 0-3 years exp.
  • Go getter and solution finder.
  • Must be able to deliver 40-50 (TP/Perm) starts with team on 4 recruiters
  • Experience in recruitment via non-conventional sourcing mediums like Telegram, Facebook, WhatsApp groups etc. would be plus.
  • Good communicator with strong hold in written and verbal communication.
